First and Foremost, I would like to personally thank all of our client's for giving us the opportunity to produce a lifelike quality mount for them!
Due to an overwhelming demand for our service's and us trying to meet everyone's request we have accumulated a quite large workload/backlog which in-turn has led to a lengthy completion/turn-around time.
Since we will not sacrifice our lifelike quality for quantity, I would like to let all of our client's know that we are working to decrease our workload/backlog and shorten completion/turn-around time and keep the lifelike quality in our mount's that will meet or exceed our client's expectation's.
Beginning in 2011 our goal is to decrease our workload/backlog and shorten our completion/turn-around time to an acceptable level for our client's to keep them satisfied plus keep the lifelike quality in our mount's, in order to reach our goal we will only be accepting a limited amount of work each season for the entire year.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but at this time it is the only way we think that we can reach our goal of offering lifelike quality work with an acceptable completion/turn-around time to insure satisfied client's.
